If you have a minimum 2 years of experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, domestic staff or estate staff, we are interested in you. Most positions are in the New York, Los Angeles and other major cities across the United States. Salary range for personal assistants, nannies, chefs, nurses, housekeepers, estate managers and bodyguards is between 20k to 100k+ and depends on experience, education, skills and travel flexibility.

High End Assistants - Currently we are accepting resumes from assistants that have 4 years or more of experience with an executive, celebrity, high net worth individual etc... for temp, contracted and permanent positions that come available.

Indicate the career field and geographical preference if any clearly within your cover letter and in the title of the email. An example title for a PA that wants to be in LA or New York will look like this.  Subject: Personal Assistant LA or New York 5+ yrs exp

After recently looking at online ads for PA jobs on local websites that we all know about but I won't name, it is clear that you all need to be very careful when applying and or going on interviews for these jobs. There is a lot of fraud and other bad stuff that you don't want to be a part of going on out there. It is important to go through my agency strictly. I watch out for all of the candidates I send for interviews and do my best to verify that each employer/client we work for is legitimate. APA is at the forefront of the PA, domestic staffing/estate staffing agencies in the U.S. and will only continue to grow because of the excellent service we provide and the fact that we watch out for you guys. My goal as a business owner is to be successful but what comes first is our candidates safety. As you might have heard from other PA's and domestic staff out there already, we really do watch out for our candidates.
